If you are paying by cheque we will process your order within 24 hours of cheque clearance. Delivery charges quoted are for UK addresses (plus the Isle of Man & Channel Islands). Small items will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Recorded Service & heavier items using Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. Overseas customers please contact us at sales@euroguns.co.uk for shipping costs outside the UK. Overseas customers please also note that we cannot export the following items, air rifles, air pistols, aerosols, gun blue, CO2 capsules.

For customers wishing to receive their order in a hurry we will send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery/overnight courier service at a cost of £7.00 per parcel for addresses in England & Wales only for items weighing up to 10kg . Please contact us for courier service prices for all other areas. For items weighing over 10kg TNT Overnight Parcel Delivery service is available for the UK Mainland only - Monday to Friday inclusive at a cost of £12.50 per parcel up to maximum weight of 18kgs. TNT Saturday delivery - (UK Mainland only) costs £24.50 per parcel up to maximum weight of 18kgs. Orders need to be placed by 12.00 noon at the latest of the preceeding day for next day delivery. Please contact us for prices of TNT delivery to UK offshore islands and the Channel Islands.

We aim to despatch orders for items that are in stock within 5 working days. Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded (usually next working day) and bulkier items by Royal Mail Standard Parcel service (delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days to addresses within the UK). All orders will be with you in no more than 30 days. If you have any special delivery instructions (for example, to leave a package with a neighbour) please be sure to fill in the "Special Delivery Instructions" box on your order form.

If an item is delivered by courier and you are out at the time, a card will be left by the courier company advising you to collect the item from your local collection point. If you fail to collect the item within the specified timeframe and it is returned to us you will be charged for the cost of returning this item to us.

When trying on clothing please take care; once goods are soiled they cannot be considered for exchange or credit.

Prior to returning any goods to us you must notify us beforehand of your intention to return an item by email to sales@euroguns.co.uk or by phone or fax on 01302 773301 stating the reasons for the return. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe return of any goods so we recommend you use a recorded method of postage when returning goods which requires a signature upon delivery. Returns must be received by Euroguns within 21 days of receipt by the customer.

Refunds cannot be given if we judge that the product has been willfully damaged, misused, neglected, modified, adapted or repaired.

Products that are returned as faulty may be returned to the manufacturer for their investigation before we are able to issue a refund or replacement. Where the product supplied was not of satisfactory quality we will refund the customer's postage costs incurred in returning the product to us. A replacement for goods damaged in transmit will be despatched upon our receipt of the damaged goods.

We will keep you informed of the progress of your return. Returned items should be posted to EUROGUNS, Mill Race Farm, Wroot Road, Finningley, Doncaster, DN9 3DY and marked as 'Returned Item'.
